When a new associate is hired, a specific modular has been designed to transition that associate into the overall workflow of the dealership. Upon completion of this module, associates will be familiar with the overall dealer organizational chart, pertinent dealership locations and personnel, human resource policies and procedures, dealership mission statement and accompanying philosophies and supervisory chain of command.
