Mobile Service Technicians

The development and expansion of mobile fleet service technicians is quickly becoming a focus for all truck dealerships. Not only is this service a profitable one for the dealership, it is also a welcomed and necessary requirement of the customer.

Modules have been developed to ensure that mobile technicians are well-trained on arrival and departure policies of the customer, that his truck is furnished with the most likely parts needed for the repair, greeting the customer upon arrival, personal hygiene, articulation of billing procedures and a comprehensive initial assessment of the unit in question. 

Upon completion of this module, mobile service technicians will be taught to communicate their initial assessments, the cost of the repair or the possible scheduling of a future appointment if the required repair is not within his skill set or the necessary parts are not immediately available to complete the work order. 

Of course, if the repair can be immediately performed at a negotiated price, the ultimate customer experience will occur.
