1. Your customers deserve the best treatment. Every hour. Every day. Your customers are your greatest asset. They should experience the highest level of customer care.

2. You may enroll as many participants as you would like. My Profit People is priced on an associate user fee.

3. Each associate will be contacted a minimum of 18 times per module. This includes four segments of content, four tests, four gradings, four postings and review of grades and a certificate of completion. This does not include isolated time that management should spend with associates.

4. Only 20% of the overall fee is required at the time of your commitment and the balance will be invoiced over the ensuing 10 months in equal increments.

5. There is no travel expense and no additional hourly or salaried commitments due to this on-line learning curricula.

6. Associates can log into each module and complete testing from any location including their home. This flexibility provides the associate a great opportunity to learn during his or her free time or home time.

7. Your dealership will own all the materials for all the modules in which it participates.

8. Grading and performance levels will be extended immediately after an associate’s testing is completed. A participant may take the test as often as he or she desires within the 8 week module window.

9. My Profit People will commence with a remote presentation via webinar
conferencing to review the highlights of the curricula and how to complete enrollment of associates. When enrollment is completed, a financial statement and invoice will be forwarded for remittance.

10. Associates may continue their education with additional modules at a reduced price of $325.00 during the second year- 2026.
